βπ½ ON LEADERSHIP
A Leadership Lesson Internalized This Week

Some of our NYFTW partners and I at the NASDAQ tower yesterday!
I recognized something this week.
I noticed it when I was preparing my interview docs, I noticed it when I was walking around The Fintech Summitβ¦
Fintechβs most influential and successful leaders are bold.
This may seem obvious, but remember that bold doesnβt necessarily equal brave.
Bold leaders often donβt give fear a chance to touch them. Theyβre moving so fast and with so much energy that everything they do stands strong.
This comes across in conversations, marketing, product development, financial choices, business outcomesβ¦ Fintechβs best leaders are bold.
You might be surprised to know that many fintech leaders donβt feel comfortable speaking on stage, even those with decades of experience and millions of dollars managed.
Yet, theyβre doing it anyway. Theyβre stepping outside of their comfort zone, being bold, and doing what is required of them to move the industry forward.
And you can probably relate.
Maybe you arenβt speaking on stage tomorrow, but if youβre joining us, Iβm sure youβll have conversations where you pitch yourself. Share some vulnerability. Approach a leader you admire.
All of these things require you to be bold. Donβt discount that. Here are some of the bold leaders joining us on stage tomorrow (you canβt miss it - get your virtual pass here and tune in to all of tomorrowβs content):
